Employee Name: [Employee Name] Position: Warehouse Associate (Freezer Section 2nd Shift) Start Date: XX/XX/XXXX FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Status: Full-Time ☒ Part-Time ☐ Temp Status: Yes ☐ No ☒ Shift: 1st ☐ 2nd ☒ (Scheduled workdays) Sun ☒ Mon ☒ Tue ☒ Wed ☒ Thu ☒ Fri ☐ Sat ☐ (Scheduled work hours) Start Time: 1:00 PM End Time: 10:00 PM (Hours are subject to change based on the company's need) Reports To: Warehouse Assistant Manager - Kossi Afantchao Warehouse 2nd Shift Supervisor - Eric Canady As a Warehouse Associate you will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of your department. Responsibilities: • Conduct daily walkthroughs to confirm warehouse is suitable for daily operations • Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse while maintaining all safety protocols and company procedures • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, supply rooms and other designated areas • Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities • Keep accurate records on the use and/or damage of stock and stock handling equipment • Examine and inspect items for wear or defects prior to use; reporting any damage to supervisors • Provide assistance and/or direction to other warehouse or freezer workers • Use fully functioning warehouse equipment (i.e., Forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, etc.) to drop and move freight throughout warehouse, while maintaining all safety and company procedures • Work in containers unloading freight • Perform other related duties as assigned *Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time; This description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned* Qualifications: • OSHA Certification to operate a Forklift (Preferred) • Experience in working with RF Funs and Barcode System • High School Diploma or equivalent • Problems-solving skills • Critical thinking skills • Leadership and coaching skills • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills • Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills • Understanding of RF Guns and barcoding • Understanding of transferring of products of REDOCK (Preferred) • Communicate with supervisors in various departments • Daily discipline and the ability to prioritize, which allows the individual to dominate their daily checklist • Professionalism, accountability, accuracy, and integrity • Ability to work and cooperatively with others • Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted • Ability to enter and maneuver in confined spaces • Willingness to comply with company guidelines in reference to appropriate warehouse attire • Willingness to work in order to complete such tasks associated with the company on a daily schedule • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -3 degrees Fahrenheit **In the event that you are hired to work in the position above, all of the above items will be strongly observed during your 90-day probationary period, as well as the duration of your employment here** Acknowledgement of Job Description By signing below in the shaded area, you have agreed to comply with all the listed above.
