Summary This is a temporary, entry-level position requiring the employee to perform a wide variety of credit and customer service functions for the accounting department. Position is projected to last approximately 12 to 16 months. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Description Summary Position will interact with dispatch, sales, and billing to resolve customer issues as they may arise. Position will require the employee to research accounts with disputes and make the appropriate adjustments. Prepare ticketed material sales for invoicing. Must perform customer service, research and correct any inaccurate invoicing. Maintenance of files and catalogs, faxing, payment identification, and mailing. Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
