Maintain and process payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions, garnishments, and other payroll functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processes payroll for multi-state/multi-company payrolls Maintain employee payroll deductions including garnishments and levies. Process terminations per state requirements. Respond to payroll questions and issues. Compute wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly. Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, processing confidential reports and documents. Associate's degree preferred. 5+ years of payroll experience required.
