As an Office Admin for our Logistics Crude office, you will be responsible for processing and keeping track of our driver's spreadsheet and processing payroll, and managing AP invoices as well as maintaining employee files. This individual will have many hats so will need to have good time management, data entry, and multi-tasking skills. What You'll Do: + + Receive, assemble, sorts, and track all load paperwork for customer invoicing verifying all data is correct and in order as customer requests Ensure proper supporting documentation (e.g., run tickets, BOL's, delivery tickets, etc.) exists for all invoices Prepare weekly and monthly load summaries to send to AR and specific customers. Maintain accurate customer records and reconciliations to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices. Enter driver's daily loads for payroll processing. Perform the day to day processing/coding of accounts payable invoices. Maintain records and documents. Follow a strict policy of confidentiality. Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
