We're looking to move someone to the exciting city of Las Vegas for this opportunity!Our client is growing! This role has is a great opportunity for a strong accountant and finance leader to grow in their career running the financials for a $$$ division in Las Vegas. You'll establish internal controls for various operational processes and SOX requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen who can drive operational excellence & team expansion and support the division's growth objectives while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance required of a public company.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:Provide timely and accurate financialsDevelop and maintain five-year business plansEnsure adherence to corporate policies and proceduresOversee division's operationsManage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracyOperational Oversight:Interact with all departments to optimize efficiencyTrain personnel on the ERP systemImplement effective policies, procedures, and internal controlsEvaluate potential deals against corporate, regional, and division requirementsMonitor all divisional budgetsLeadership:Develop teams, assist in hiring and growing the departmentConduct business professionally and ethicallyPromote company goodwill and profitabilityEnsure personnel understand and follow company philosophyAnalyze and implement new policies for technological advancements and operational efficiencyQualificationsMaster's degree or equivalentCPA is highly preferredPublic company experience7-10 years of related experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to multitask and pay attention to detailAdaptability to changing business environments Job Details:Compensation:Base: $150-175kBonus: $80,000-$150,000On-site job in Las VegasCandidates must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas.Relocation assistance will be provided by the company.Full benefits package including 401k, PTO, vacation, MDV and more.Search Heights and our clients are equal opportunity employers.
