Front Desk Receptionist Reston, VA MUST: 1 -3 years of administrative experience or equivalent years in college at an accredited college/university Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook DUTIES: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Maintain (be familiar with) schedules, arrange meetings, events and appointments includes providing reminders. Able to maintain multiple calendars for Executives with logistics Identify ways to streamline executive workload and free up time from non-productive tasks Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Assist with production of reports, presentations and briefs Maintains a positive disposition during times of multiple priorities and follows through to completion Manage mailroom; Work with vendors with maintenance of office equipment Maintain Inventory of Office & Kitchen Supplies Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers and manage maintenance on office equipment/facility Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Conduct Internet research Assist with overflow work as needed Take meeting minutes as needed Handle other requests and queries as needed Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
