Join our team as an Assembler for single-use sterile endoscopes, where you'll play a key role in ensuring precision and quality for medical devices. This hands-on role includes assembling intricate optical and mechanical components, meeting quality and productivity standards, and maintaining a cleanroom environment. Shift hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday What's in it for me? What you will be doing: Assemble miniature precision medical products per prescribed standards. Ensure product quality, meeting takt time and inspection requirements. Use hand and power tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment. Work with engineering on process improvements, training, and cross-training. Maintain production records, adhere to safety protocols, and handle various solvents and adhesives. What you need to be considered: High school diploma or equivalent experience; 1-2 years in medical product assembly preferred. Experience with assembly drawings, adhesives, solvents, small tools and microscopes. Ability to work in a class 8 cleanroom and meet FDA Quality and ISO standards.
