The individual will report to and take direction from the company's resident Power Engineer and the Electrical Design Manager. The Electrical Engineer will work with corporate and plant personnel, Project Managers and other disciplines to develop and modify electrical designs and update the arc flash study files in SKM Power Tools software. They will perform plant walkdowns to gather data for arc flash studies, conduct calculations, createmodify drawings, write scopes of work, coordinate with outside contractorsvendors, and make site visits to plants as needed. Additionally, they will write equipment specifications, develop preliminary designs, MTOs (material takeoffs) and man-hour estimates.
