Job Description

The HRIS Analyst will oversee the administration of our current HR system, Workday. They will act as the point of contact for configuration and support, contributing to our HR team's goals and objectives. The HRIS Analyst will assist the HRIS Manager in planning, prioritizing and executing on initiatives across the platform. The role will focus on configuration to improve functionality and the employee experience. The role will also be responsible for daily support of the organization's system related needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintain and support our primary system of record, WorkdayLead configuration, testing and deployment of current and new business processes in WorkdayWork with outside consultants for additional system supportConduct training, demos, and informational sessions for business processesOwn a library of system work instructions & documentationResponsible for semi-annual release updates as well as weekly enhancementsAssist payroll with accurate data transfer between ADP - WorkdayOversee integrations between Workday and other business softwareIdentify areas of opportunity to improve existing processes, functionality, and workflowMaximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processesDrive client self-service in WorkdayEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree4+ years of HRIS technical experience supporting HR technology solutions2+ years of experience with WorkdaySKILLS and ABILITIESStrong understanding of broad Human Resource systems and data flowUnderstands Workday security domains, templates, reports, and dashboardsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIndependence and self-accountability Hollingsworth & Vose is an equal opportunity employer.
