Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators. V60. Para Pac Transport Vent. Required skills and minimum years of experience: Must be able to care for patients of the adult, pediatric, neonatal populations. Minimum 2 years' experience No first assignments. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License, BLS, PALS and ACLS required.
