Impress our customers with operational & customer service excellence. Establish, manage and grow relationships with carriers and local service providers.Working with our global team and overseas partners to liaise bookings and pricing.Help implement new accounts, streamline efficiencies and providing great customer service. Handling questions and complaints from customers.
