Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented remote copywriter to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, clear, and concise copy for a variety of projects including blog posts, website content, marketing materials, and other written assets. You'll collaborate closely with our content manager and marketing team to ensure that all deliverables are in line with brand voice and goals. Payment will be provided per article, with rates based on article length, complexity, and research required.Responsibilities:Write and edit high-quality articles, blog posts, web pages, and marketing copyConduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevancyFollow project guidelines and ensure content is optimized for SEO (search engine optimization)Proofread and edit content to meet company standards for grammar, tone, and styleWork closely with the content team to meet deadlines and implement feedbackAdapt content to fit various mediums including web, print, and social mediaMaintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all projectsQualifications:Proven experience as a copywriter or content writer (portfolio required)Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsKnowledge of SEO best practicesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines without supervisionExcellent research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into engaging contentFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a plusStrong communication skills to collaborate with internal teamsCompensation:Articles will be paid per piece, with rates determined based on article length, topic complexity, and research required.
