About the Role: The VP of Finance will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, driving the financial planning and operational excellence necessary for our continued expansion. You will manage financial health, support new location launches, and provide insights that drive key business decisions. This is a unique opportunity for a finance leader with experience in high-growth, multi-unit operations, especially within the food and beverage or hospitality sectors. Responsibilities:Developing a high performing Finance function. Extensive liaising with stakeholders and providing commercial data and insight to support internal depth analysis of company performance, including mapping key KPI's and metrics to help identify areas of opportunity. Responsible for all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across multiple locations. Developing and maintaining financial models to bring clarity to financial data for multiple areas of the business. Business partnering with operations, marketing, HR, and sales teams to improve internal reporting processesLiaising with external stakeholders including producing board packs and supporting future fundraising activity Ad hoc strategy projects What we need to see (Essential):7+ years of experience in financial leadership, ideally within fast-casual dining, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses.Proven track record in scaling finance operations within a rapidly growing, multi-location business.Demonstrated ability to build and develop a high-performing finance team, including setting up financial processes and systems.Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial insights to a variety of stakeholders.What we would like to see (Non-essential):Previous experience working for a VC-Backed hospitality groupPrevious experience with multiple new location openings Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 + Bonus If this role is of interest, please send your CV over to for a full briefing on the role and company.
