Learn more about us at and day-to-day critical accounting functions including reconciliations, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures.Work closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams to manage daily operations.Process incoming and outgoing client transactions.Contribute to the ongoing surveillance of potential fraudulent activities.Assist with routine audits andor regulatory examinations as necessary.Participate in projects and independently initiate improvements to existing policies and procedures.Utilize accounting and other software applications, financial systems, and databases to record, track, and analyze financial information.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a trading environment.Working knowledge of US GAAP.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in regulatory requirements.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Necessary traits: absolute integrity, strong sense of ownership, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and ability to reflect upon and learn from mistakes.Preferred Qualifications: CPA, knowledge of SQL or other programming languages, familiarity with SEC and CFTC regulations.Please apply via LinkedIn or Indeed or submit a resume directly to with "Staff Accountant" in the subject line to be considered for this position.
