As a Franchise Audit Specialist, youll ensure consistency across Ulines North American warehouse operations to deliver the legendary customer experience were known for! Better together! Position Responsibilities Become a freight shipping subject matter expert to conduct audits at Ulines regional warehouse locations across North America. Evaluate franchise procedures, best practices and provide recommendations for improvements. Create and maintain training outlines, documents and checklists. Prepare and review location-specific metrics and trends, including prior audit results. Work with warehouse teams to pilot and update process changes, projects, implementations and enhance Ulines customer experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree. A focus in Operations, Supply Chain or a related field preferred. Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, order release and picking through shipping. Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Travel to Ulines North American locations.
