This position is also available for employment in these areas:Draper UT, Remote - USAJob Description: The Global Leave Manager is responsible for building, optimizing and scaling our global leave programs, processes and systems, while delivering an exceptional, culture-aligned team member experience. This role partners with various teams across the company to deliver enablement content, guidance, self-service workflows, and HRIS tools. What you'll do: * Administer all leave programs, including Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, FMLA, State Leaves, and Parental Leave. * Act as the primary liaison for team members and leaders for all leave-related inquiries and requests. * Continuously seek and implement process improvements to refine leave administration and elevate the team member experience. * Partner with external vendors to administer leave programs. Experience you'll bring: * Experience in HR program management and operations experience in a global company. * Experience owning leave of absence programs (FMLA, parental leave, etc.). * Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. * Comprehensive knowledge of global leave compliance, regulations, and legal obligations. * Previous experience with configuring and optimizing Workday. Requirements: * Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience. Travel Requirements: While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
