What a Forklift Manager will do: Manage daily work schedules Work with team members to resolve production issues Develop team member training programs Implement policies and procedures effectively Assist with the hiring of team members Quality control measures in place and safe working environment for team Carry out projects as assigned Assisting in inventory control, inventory counts Perform employee reviews, employee development, and disciplinary measures as needed Work with management to implement change when necessary What you need to be a Forklift Manager: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in leadership role 2+ years of experience in forklift operation is preferred Exhibit exceptional reading, writing and math skills Work well with others and self-motivated Excellent organizational and time management skills Possess good communication skills #NewCareerByDoherty What are you waiting for?
