Job Details Job Location Chevrolet Warwick - Warwick, RI Position Type Full Time Job Description Automotive Service Advisor Balise is now seeking a qualified Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager (ASM) with a focus on providing a world class guest experience from the time of meet/greet and write-up to the status update and delivery of the MPI to the active delivery process. Job Description: Perform an active meet and greet and write-up with clear communication and expectations. Utilize tools provided to perform job duties at the highest level possible and enhance the guest experience. Review the Vehicle Diagnosis & Multi Point Inspection with strict adherence to the Balise Group Service Selling & Customer Handling System Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers as needed. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing. customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. Qualifications Skills & Requirements: This position requires excellent communication skills and high customer service orientation performed with an unbridled sense of urgency and enthusiasm. Candidate must be reliable, dependable At least one-year related experience with a high CSI and Sales history is preferred. CDK DMS experience is preferred but not required A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required. Strong negotiation, communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturer experience preferred, but not required.
