 DescriptionJob DescriptionAs our team grows, we are looking for a part-time intern hybrid to join our office in the Greater Boston Area.Required SkillsKnowledgeTeam-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as databases.Solid writing, editing, and analytic skills.Ability to adhere to deadlines.Strong time management skills and can work independently with minimum supervision.Preferred KnowledgeSkills:Passionate in K-12 education and related fields to help students grow and learnStrong oral and written communication skillsCandidates with strong English presentation skills preferredKnowledge of WebMobile Technology project development cycles and their key controlsJob responsibilities:Program Management Related Tasks:Manage high-level and time-sensitive projects concomitantly requiring excellent time management ability.Plan, promote, execute, complete, and debrief projects in consultation with the senior management to maintain a sense of ownership and pride.Lead and participate in marketing, business development, strategic planning projectsDevelop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in businessReview your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.Share relevant thoughts with leadership.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Perform duties which ensure successful and comprehensive completion of multifunctional projects; these may include tasks which are above and beyond the described above.Performance managementProblem-solvingContribute to a positive work environmentDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to changeIdentify opportunities to improve projecttask processesMake appropriate decisions using sound judgmentQualificationsApplicants with a master's degree or PhD in Education, Language Studies, Cultural Studies, Business, Sociology, History, Philosophy, Economics, Science or related fields preferredExperience in teaching writing preferredCandidates with strong English writing and presentation skills preferred1-3 years of direct K-12 educationcollege admission counseling experience is requiredPeople management experience is preferredApplicant InformationPlease apply with a resume and cover letter detailing why you are a good fit for the position.
