Senior Project Manager for AV and Education Technologies Boston, MA 02115 6 Month Contract with possible ext.The role will need to be local enough to come on-site to the campus for AV installations. Each installation will likely last several days, and there will likely be several installations over the course of the contract. 1) PM and AVnetworking domain knowledge,2) Experience successfully managing cross-functional IT hardware and software implementations (with AV equipment, transactional systems, networking, and systems integration) 3) Experience managing enterprise-wide project communications and multi-faceted stakeholder engagementQualifications and SkillsMaster's degree in technology leadership, business administration, project management, or related field or equivalent experience preferredDemonstrated team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor Demonstrated experience leading complex, mission-critical, cross-functional, enterprise-wide technical projectsprogramsExperience managing projects using agile or waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt methodologies to project needs and requirementsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams and Excel in particular), ServiceNow, JiraFoundational knowledge of AV hardware and technologies, networking, and enterprise-wide software applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and work effectively with diverse groups, including education and non-education personnel, internal and external to Harvard Medical SchoolDemonstrated "can do" work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems, simplify and clarify objectives, and lead the team to successful outcomesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervisionExcellent time management, organization, and planning skillsStrong businesssystems analysis skills, proven meeting facilitation, and documentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to share information effectively and confidently to internal and external audiences of varying levels of technical knowledgeAgile, Lean, Scrum Master, andor PMP certification is a plus
