Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environmentsCommunicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's dayKeep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelinesRequirements:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's degreeAt least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program requiredExperience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferredPursue your passion for early learning.
