They will have demonstrable experience leading complex community or group programming, extensive administrative experience ideally in academic or non-profit settings, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Job Summary:This role will help to lead the Berkman Klein Center's community programs to support its fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates. They will collaborate with other teams, including Communications, Events, and BKC IT to create programming, serve our scholarly community, and maintain and share documentation around the processes and information pertinent to community programs. Position Description:-Serve as program lead for the fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates programs:-Develop programming, including events, communications, and IT, to support our network, including on-site and remote members.-Lead programming and events for our Fellows Hour (on-site) and Community (hybrid) Hours - weekly events that are mainstays of our programming.-Create paths of engagement to help our network connect, build relationships, and self-organize in service of pursuing their scholarship and project work;-Maintain tools and documentation:-Create, maintain, and share documentation as needed around these programs in partnership with other staff as relevant, given their cross-functional nature;-Manage and maintain tooling and relevant pages on our wiki and website;-Work cross-functionally with other teams at the Center, including partnering with our Communications team to showcase our community's work;-Help track the Community programs budget with our Finance team.
