HYBRID - 3 DAYS ON SITE IN BOSTON each week6+ Month ContractAdministrative Assistant will provide support for 1 or more individual(s). Responsible for managing calendars, creating documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, updating databases; proofreading, distributing documents; scheduling meetings, time-reporting, ordering supplies, and other administrative support functionsExcellent verbalwritten communication skills, including excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detailEffective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and external contactsProven ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
