Title: Director of Inside Sales - Payments Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV OR Tempe, AZ OR Atlanta, GA Overview: Our client, a full-service provider of payment solutions and support, is searching for a Director of Inside Sales to add to their sales leadership. Their solutions unlock the complicated world of payment processing with multiple bank sponsorships, the variety of best-in-class technology platforms, a wide-selection of hardware, on-site underwriting, and technical support experts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and managing a sales staff. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities: Lead by example, oversee and lead inside sales managers and associated staff. Current teams in Las Vegas, NV and Tempe, AZ Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales teams to maximize performance Develop, execute and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success for all sales campaigns Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Provide daily reporting on inside sales performance and market dynamics Strategically cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to enhance productivity Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and reputation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challenges Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners Willingness to travel as needed
