Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting an Environmental Service Technician to join our Environmental Services Department. Environmental Services provides a clean, safe environment for patients, employees, and visitors using prescribed methods in a professional, courteous manner. A typical day will include: Cleaning all areas of the hospital by performing routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, office, clinical areas, operating rooms, waiting rooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and corridors. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to hospital 7 Step Process. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Notifying supervisor of necessary repairs. Demonstrates ability to utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedures. Assisting patients and guests when necessary.
