Job summary: Responsible for maintaining high standards of presentation in the guestroom mini bars, ensuring product is promptly replaced and properly charged to guest accounts, thus ensuring revenue is collected. Shift requirements: Primarily morning shifts Responsibilities Contribute positively to the team within the department Prepare for any/all guest requests Participate in on-going training Comply with Valencia Hotel Group (and its affiliates) standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Valencia Hotel Group (and its affiliates) standards as required by scheduling which will vary dependent upon the hotels needs Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor Display working knowledge off all menu items and prices Complete side work as assigned Stock minibar cart at the end of the day (before each shift) Charge guests accordingly in hotel's property management system (StayNTouch) Maintain and organize minibar storage room. Maintain inventory and report to supervisor Meet AAA standards and procedure Pick up trays from guest rooms (if needed) and set in proper location. Attend required meetings Keep work areas clean and organized Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions Communicate with team members by receiving tasks that need to be completed and assigning any necessary tasks that need to be completed via the Alice system (effort log) Qualifications Qualifications: Communicates effectively with others Works productively with a team Contributes to team results. High school or equivalent education required. Ability to follow safety guidelines.
