Human Resources/Safety Associate First Shift (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday) Position Summary The Human Resources Manager/Health and Safety Associate is responsible to provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Health and Safety Departments. The position requires the ability to take direction and to work independently to support the completion of defined goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Develop a working relationship with Departmental Supervisors to: Recruit and screen applications Hire employees Manage Employees Perform Employee Reviews Create reports for use in employee review Attend job fairs representing Patriot Equipment to recruit new employees Guide employees to the correct manager to resolve conflicts Conduct Training Initial training of new employees Monthly safety meetings Conduct meetings/trainings to educate employees of policies and benefits Use of Google Documents to create trainings Maintain Records/Policies/Reports Employee records Health and Safety policies/guidelines to align with OSHA standards Company policies to keep current with changing regulations Complete and file reports in a timely manner Office Duties Phone reception Proficient use of Quick Books (Will train) Proficiency in MS Office Use of Google Docs Conduct monthly inspections Health and Safety Collect and file other inspections performed by maintenance personnel Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Apply for this job by clicking the apply button.
