Position Title TEDS Recruitment Caller - Student Position Department Trinity Evangelical Divinity School Admissions Summary The purpose of the role is to primarily assist and support the university admissions department in its recruitment efforts. Recruitment callers are the over-the-phone agents for Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS). They will be expected to show a high level of professionalism when interacting with prospective and current students. Responsibilities Obtains prospective students' information by making phone calls, confirming interest, verifying information Provide students with information about TIU and the admissions process. Determines eligibility by ensuring students have the necessary education level Helps prospective students take the next step by applying to the university Assist in university retention projects by helping with call campaigns to current students Support the department and the university with an assortment of phone call-related tasks to aid with the university's mission Provide Campus tours to prospective students Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of High School Diploma Aligned with Trinity's mission and core values, committed to a Christian lifestyle, and demonstrates godly character Professional in conduct and speech Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset, and works well with a wide variety of people Strong written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and can follow instructions closely Basic computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.) Reliable internet and computer access Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of customer service experience Work-study eligible Working Relationships TEDS Recruitment Caller reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions. Work Schedule Various hours are available from 9:00 AM-8:00 PM CST Monday-Saturday.
