This position reports to our Demand Planner though you'll work with teammates across the organization to help create an incredible brand experience for millions of kids and families across the world. What We're Looking For Develop and maintain inventory plans that align with business goals and customer demand, collaborating closely with demand planning, the sales team, and the marketing team. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Perform regular inventory analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to create accurate demand forecasts. Adjust forecasts based on real-time Point of Sale data, changing market conditions, and promotional opportunities. Work closely with our procurement team in Hong Kong to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of inventory. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient product flow and timely delivery. Analyze inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Establish forecasting tools and software to support inventory planning decisions. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory planning and management. Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, forecasts, and other relevant metrics to management and other internal functions (e.g., Sales team). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Desired Experience + Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as an Inventory Planner or similar role, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
