Job Description: Perform a variety of clerical support services such as sorting, filing, etc. Provide information about services available and prepare a variety of documents using word processing, spreadsheets and other equipment and technologies Attend orientations, trainings and team meetings to ensure understanding of expectations and commitment Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that the host site and recipients needs are met Understand, follow and support all safety policies and programs Position Requirements: Must have been laid off as a result of wildfires Are a displaced homemaker, previously provided unpaid services to their family and must be currently unemployed or underemployed with plans to find a job and begin a career Has not had paid work or training in the last 4 weeks; had less than 30 hours a week of paid work in the last 4 weeks If self-employed, must have became unemployed as a result of the wildfires Ability to relate to and a desire to understand and help individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and various social and economic levels and persons with disabilities Ability to type and complete data entry Excellent interpersonal skills, which includes, written, verbal and listening Cooperative team player and a desire to help others Strong communication skills Employers Options is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.
