Job Description

Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Navy Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DATM). Background: The Navy Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DATM) is the ASN (RD&A) lead for Acquisition Workforce (AWF) matters pertaining to education, training, and career development, including strategic planning, policy development, and guidance on all matters associated with DON DAWIA implementation, for all 54,000+ members of the AWF. The Navy DATM Office is comprised of the Director, Chief of Staff (Cos), and several Action Officers. They are committed to serving the DON AWF in meeting the goals as outlined in the AWF Strategic Plan , the National Security Strategy, and current SECDEF and SECNAV guidance. This also includes building on the tenets put forward by the current ASN (RD&A) to decentralize, differentiate, and digitize. Requirements and Qualifications: The contractor shall provide proficient office management and executive assistant services to support the DATM mission and staff, demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative duties. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. An understanding of Navy protocol and/or Navy experience is also preferred. The Contractor shall provide Echelon 1 command level professionalism, executive level organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and customer service focused support. Draft, proofread and conform DATM and staff documents, presentations, and correspondence to administrative standards; Make arrangements for conferences and meetings and assembles established background materials for the DATM and CoS; Coordinate teleconference and other AV support for meetings, include staffing and operation of equipment. Secure any AV equipment for meetings; Maintain and organize the correspondence files and other routine office files, including briefings, visit requests and security clearances; Provide action officer support; Manage logistical arrangements for travel by preparing travel requests and itineraries according to government travel regulations, and reconciling travel vouchers in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations; Manage databases, reports, and tracking systems; Manage calendars and schedule appointments for DATM and CoS; Manage document routing in DON Tracking system. Must have a SECRET clearance. Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Place of Performance: The place of performance is the DATM Office, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. With the exception of administrative contract support (i.e. the contracting officer, financial manager, etc.), all other support is required to be on-site. Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
