Part Time Administrative Assistant "‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹ Looking for a part time administrative position supporting a senior faculty member in higher education? We've partnered with a university in the Cambridge, MA area looking to bring on an Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is temporary to permanent position with a 3-4-month temporary window before converting permanently. This position will also be part time when it becomes permanent. Responsibilities: Manage endowed professorship correspondence workflow. Monitor department email accounts for related action items. Draft incumbent congratulatory letters and email correspondence. Manage active record documentation logistics. Organize external outreach for faculty awards and obtain documentation for faculty file. Methodically complete detailed clean-up projects. Maintain records on status of assigned projects. Boards, faculty members, other event support staff. Coordinates communication directly with faculty; arranges for deliveries. Tracks status of all outreach and distribution for departmental reference.
