[Manage interior design projects at different stages; attend on-site and virtual meetings with interior designer and clients; act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, designers, and clients; streamline logistics by scheduling and preparing required documents for deliveries and installations; interview and supervise interns; organize documents and drawings for different projects; gather multiple bids and quotes from contractors, millworkers, and installers for projects; visit clients homes to accept deliveries and oversee installations; collect on-site measurements, create floor plan drawings on AutoCAD, mood boards, 3D renderings and RCPs; assist with purchasing, billing, and tracking orders using spreadsheets; prepare props for a photoshoot and assist the team on-site.Remote work is allowed, but candidate must live within commuting distance of NY. NJ, and CT (willing to travel up to 2 hours for commute each way), travel up to 50% annual to unanticipated work sites in area.
