Job Type Full-time Description CSAC's is seeking a Coordinator to be part of the management team for our small, home-like residential programs for adults with psychiatric disabilities. You will help create a strength-based, trauma-informed living environment where resident's physical, social, and mental health needs are supported. In the absence of the manager, you will be in charge of day to day functioning of the home, including oversight of medication, monitoring and responding to the needs of residents, coordinating medical care, compliance with relevant policies, and documentation. CSAC is a team based, collaborative work environment. Basic knowledge of the nature of psychiatric disabilities and of recovery principles is required, along with excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a human service field plus two years of relevant work experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and use of car occasionally required.
