Description Hire Dynamics is seeking a Quality Control Associate to work on Day Shift for our valued client in Norcross, Ga Position : Quality Control Schedule : Day Shift Pay: $18-$22 Job Description: Inspect and approve all incoming piece parts by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements Inspect final cabinet for functionality and presentation Verify final cabinet assembly and that it complies with the BOM Place non-conforming piece parts and productions cabinets on hold Endure serialization matches system records Communicate quality issues with production and retest Document production issues; highlight recurring problems to management Direct audit activities commensurate with production schedules Support production lead and technicians for interpretation and method following set standards Assist with identifying improvement opportunities and develop methods to resolve problems occurring during QA Assist in creating and updating procedures and or work instructions for cabinet assemblies,subassemblies, and inspections Enter daily inspections to QA logs Troubleshoot both hardware and electrical Read wire harness diagram Identify discrepancy and design CAPA program Other duties as assigned Decision Making Responsibilities : Production QC has the authority to stop production if they notice a defect in the product. This includes supervisors, line workers, and even warehouse employees. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in the gaming industry and or manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of MS office. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Basic understanding of SAP ERP Proficiency in electronic harness fabrication Proficiency with a multimeter Good understanding of IPC standards Good understanding of Dielectric testing Good understanding of UL-22 Process mapping Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements: Warehouse environment with moderate temperature fluctuations. Must be able to lift/carry/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to kneel/stop/crouch on a regular daily basis. APPLY NOW!
