The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting Mac OS environments, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Mac systems, servers, and software applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle troubleshooting, system management, and user support with efficiency and professionalism.Essential Responsibilities:Help desk support and training for MacOS, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft 365, FileMaker, Capture One, and color critical printing for 75+ users, 150 + endpoints.Manage EFI Fiery XF and EFI Fiery EX for 3 color proofers and 2 color laser printers.Manage Active Directory authentication.Manage automated deployments and updates.Troubleshooting and optimizing network protocols.Document bugs in software and work with vendors for fixes.Support studio digital photography equipment including tethered PhaseOne Digital Backs and Canon DSLRs.Advanced automation scripting for PDF workflow, Adobe applications, and MacOS such as, AppleScript, Shell Scripts, Automator, ExtendScript, and custom CEP extensions for Adobe Applications.Suggest best practices and organization techniques to help everyone work safely and efficiently. Critical thinking and organizational skills are essential.Provide in-depth technical expertise on print, photography, imaging, and web development.Manage a designer-friendly, accessible and up to date font library.Evaluate and recommend new technologies. Assist in the annual budget creation process working with the Director of Creative Services for department needs. Handle purchases and deployments.
