REMOTE Long-TermTemp-to-Hire Litigation ParalegalLHH is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a long-term or temp-to-hire REMOTE opportunity located in California.Responsibilities include:• Prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions• Prepare attorneys for depositions• Trial preparation- prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness lists, trial subpoenas; engage in witness management; schedule trial testimony; prepare and manipulate trial presentations and other trial-related tasks as necessaryRequirements:• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during regular hours• At least three years of experience with general civil litigation in California• Strong written and verbal communication skillsThe position will start immediately.
