Seeking an SMT Engineer to join our growing team. This position is onsite and in Arlington, TX.Responsibilities:Evaluate, implement, and oversee SMT processes and operating systems.Perform routine and preventative maintenance on SMT equipment.Track and enhance manufacturing process efficiency, output, and safety.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Participate in company training sessions focused on skill and employee development.Maintain a clean work area and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SMT processes and equipment.Proficiency in programming, setting up, and loading circuit boards onto machines.
