Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is in search of an Medical Administrative Assistant who will play an important role in the patient experience. You will perform front office duties such as help manage the daily workflow, scheduling appointment and keeping patient records up to date. This person will spend 2 days in Glastonbury and 2 days in Hartford rotating Fridays each week in one of the locations. If you have at least 1 year experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant or if you are a medical office assistant or medical secretary and would like a role like this please apply right away. Greeting patients and helping them check inAnswering phones and scheduling appointmentsUpdating patient records and chartsSending billing invoices to insurance companiesProcessing patient paymentsSending orders to pharmaciesCompleting insurance formsCoding patients' medical informationWhat qualifications should you have?
