Job Summary: In this role you will support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. You will be tasked to perform highly diversified duties revolving around the production of Lifetime's products. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include the following (Other duties may be assigned ): Handles and cuts hot plastic Visually inspects finished product before it goes to the internal customer Logs product rejects Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capacity Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen Great communicator with a positive attitude Great degree of common sense Problem solving and decision making abilities Self-motivated Team player Requirements: Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency in Plastics Production Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties which include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting. Be able to stand for 8 hours Follow directions and be aware of surroundings Work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, familiarity with Lifetime Plastics product line.
