Job Facts & Figures: Engineering : Deep full-lifecycle software development experience, from initial requirements elicitation to design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, integration and training. Be able to act as a Product Owner in an agile engineering team. (Temporarily) lead an engineering team. Interact with key decision-makers in the engineering, software development, and R&D departments of existing and potentially new clients. Create the technical and project-related sections of tailored proposals to meet specific client needs. Business Development : Support the business development team in identifying and generating leads through channels like social media, events, and networking. Understand the software engineering services landscape and our competitive advantages. Support client negotiations and address objections whenever technical questions are being touched. Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility. Meet or exceed technical sales objectives, contributing to company growth. Qualifications: College or equivalent degree in Software/Electronical/Electrical/Medical Engineering or a related field. Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in principal engineering or a similar function. Knowledge of North American Medtech market (Automotive or Aerospace are a plus). Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary with commission structure and quarterly bonus. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, and retirement plans.
