We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Engineer to help enhance our operations and support our growth. Job Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Brava, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, product quality and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement production systems that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities : Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations. Analyze and improve existing processes using lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma principles. Coordinate with the production team to implement new systems and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process. Prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures for engineering and manufacturing operations. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet quality standards using A3, 8Ds and other lean manufacturing tools. Assist in the training of manufacturing personnel on new technologies and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Polymer, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related field. Proficient Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs. Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Effective communication and organizational skills. Experience in a manufacturing engineering role a plus. CAD software proficiency a plus. Polymer processing knowledge a plus.
