Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence related to family law cases. • Conduct legal research on case law and statutes relevant to family law matters. • Issue and respond to discovery requests. • Coordinate and docket court dates and depositions to ensure smooth case progression. • Manage and organize case files and documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Prepare draft legal documents and file same with the court in a timely and efficient manner.
