Job Description New Castle Hotels Resorts a Hotel Management company out of Ridgefield, CT is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk/Admin. Services Assistant .This is a 25/hour (5 hours per day) per week role based in-office/on-site. The Accounting Clerk/Admin. Services Assistant will be primarily responsible for: - Entire Accounts Payable Process - Entire Accounts Receivable Process - General office administrative duties i.e. mailings, supply orders etc.. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. To be successful in this role, you must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in English and must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. You must also be able to work in stressful high pressure situations and have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of a particular need, with mathematical reasoning and the ability to prioritize required. This job requires light/sedentary work -- exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently - with a regular need to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. This role will require the ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels, with near vision (the ability to see details at close range) required. The Accounting Clerk will regularly use office equipment, e.g. a computer and various software programs.
