This Procurement Analyst opening will be focused on support the pasta and milling operations. They will be responsible for Procurement workflow coordination in SAP and Agris, Procurement master data management in ERP systems, and system/training support for SAP/Agris locations and Purchase Order approval workflow within SAP. Employee Type: Full time Location: MO Works from Home Job Type: Supply Chain Procurement Job Posting Title: Procurement Analyst - Food Manufacturing Job Description: Position Responsibilities: Act as Purchasing lead for master data creation and maintenance in SAP, Agris, and LX; coordinate contract and source list creation and maintenance with both corporate purchasing team and local material planners on a regular basis; conduct routine checks to ensure data freshness and accuracy. Maintain supplier, pricing and material master data in ERP systems (SAP, Agris, and LX). Partner with logistics and milling operations for weekly byproduct ship orders / mill receipt invoicing. Work with Procurement Finance on month end processes / reporting to include reconciliation. Lead data collection from internal buyers and external suppliers to support PLM/PDM process for new product launch, innovation and on-going maintenance in procurement operations area Manage changes and updates to SAP Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order workflow approvals Provide assistance to the Procurement Category Managers on various sourcing projects as needed Assist and lead other special projects, ad hoc reporting requests, and team backup as needed. Qualifications: Five plus years of experience in data management preferably within CPG industry. Systems and Tools experience- SAP, Agris, LX preferred: proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, such as SAP and supporting applications. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment. Self-motivation in a fast pace environment. Cross-functional Dependencies: experience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic knowledge of general business concepts.
