KVC Missouri - Residential Treatment Services Location: In-person, Columbia MO Pay: The starting annual salary for this position is $72,000. Adjustments to this base salary may be made depending on licensure and experience level. Job Summary The Associate Director of Clinical Services will provide inclusive leadership to ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment for clients and staff. This role involves overseeing all clinical services, managing relationships with referral sources, and assisting in community outreach for KVC Missouri. The Associate Director will coordinate admissions and discharges, collaborate with the AD of Residential Services and Nursing Manager, and supervise clinical department staff. In addition, the Associate Director will work with the Utilization Review department and oversee billing responsibilities in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable department. As a key member of the campus leadership team, the Associate Director will contribute to statewide strategic planning, particularly on clinical matters, and manage treatment planning and therapeutic services. The role includes ongoing coordination with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and Utilization Review to ensure comprehensive and timely assessments and appropriate referrals for children and youth. Education: Licensable Master's Degree (ie. Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy) from an accredited institution. Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Additionally, a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required. Experience: Minimum of two years, supervised experience in providing individual, family and group therapy to youth. Documented coursework in child/adolescent development and individual, family and group counseling. Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email Preferred Experience/Skills: Experience in supervising others, especially in a mental health setting.
