Job Description

This employee will drive the growth of the organization's Home INR Testing Services within a designated sales territory.Requires a dynamic individual who can effectively operate both remotely and locally, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical communityMust be self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities to achieve sales targetsJOB FUNCTIONSAchieves predetermined monthly referral goals for INR Home Testing and consistently grows the number of tests from new and existing referral sourcesIdentifies and cultivates new referral sourcesConducts in-service sessions for referral sources to educate them on the use and application of Remote Cardiac Services' equipmentProactively addresses and resolves any complaints from referral sourcesDevelops and implements strategic plans for managing the sales territoryProvides marketing materials and information to customers as requestedMaintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls and activities in the CRM system, submitting reports as requiredFollows up with lost-to-competition referral sources to identify service issues and reports findings to management for improvementAssists in the preparation of sales forecastsAverages 15 sales calls per dayChecks and responds to emails dailyAdheres to all applicable safety and regulatory policies, including OSHA, DOT, FDA, and Emergency Planning guidelinesEducationBachelor's Degree RequiredWork ExperienceProven sales background, preferably in the medical or healthcare industryKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesOperate independently and manage a sales territory effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
