Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SME Job Locations US-MA-Hanscom AFB Job ID Overview Abacus Technology is seeking an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SME to provide technical support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and/or sustain specific OEM products within the complex secure AF environment. Communicate recommendations at a technical level to Program Office Engineers and/or Program Managers. Qualifications 15+ years experience in engineering or progressively technical positions support a particular product. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or graduate degree preferred. Relevant certifications desired. Must possess extensive working knowledge of specific OEM Hardware and/or Software. Demonstrated track record of supporting the OEM equipment. Extensive knowledge of the deployment, configuration, integration, and sustainment of complex secure network environments which incorporate products and services from multiple OEMs. Able to effectively communicate with AF operators to assess issues and or requirements. Able to communicate with management, technical staff, and end users in a clear and professional manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present technical presentations. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
