JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Support Resource Nurse. This role involves providing feedback, guidance, and mentoring to new graduate nurses and nurses transitioning to NCH. The Resource Nurse supports all clinical med/surg/telemetry units and provides cross coverage at both main hospital locations. This position plays a key role in guiding and educating on the hospital's standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agency requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida Minimum of 2 years of acute care or nurse educator experience BSN strongly preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Confident in nursing knowledge and skills Intermediate computer knowledge
