SUMMARY The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for providing partner and general marketing support to align with the strategic marketing and sales objectives set forth by Lingo leadership to drive revenue. The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key Master and Sub-Agent support contacts to collaborate on selected programs, events, Spiffs, and communications. This individual will drive new leads by creating campaigns and promoting brand awareness. The role is responsible for event sponsorships and the overall budget for marketing events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Develops a single repository for sales/sponsorship and activity tracking and directly manages the ROI associated with activity. Creates relationships designed to support the engagement with channel partner's sales teams to promote key programs and promotions designed to generate leads, drive demo engagements, increase market share, and help drive revenue goals. Coordinates nation-wide travel, sign-ups, and sponsored event activities and will be responsible for creating co-sponsorship events to be hosted by Lingo. Manages a Master Playbook which will include a cohesive plan showing current state, goal state, partner portal editorial updates and a tactical plan to increase Lingo's awareness in the channel. Also includes evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, and deliverables from sales and other key stakeholders. Develops and deploys new channel marketing concepts and manages marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Works as part of Lingo internal marketing team but also works cross functionally with internal stakeholders, specifically Sales, Data Analytics, Finance, and the Product team to roll out new products, obtain and track competitive data in a consumable format. Analyzes market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies. Gathers marketing campaign data, evaluates the impact of strategies, and reports the results. Manages all marketing campaign communications and establishes strong partner networks. Collaborates with Channel Sales Leadership to engage Agents in both in-person and virtual events. Tracks the ROI on event participation. Additional duties as assigned by Management. Experience in the Partner Channel is strongly preferred.
